Finishing Cold Rolling Mills for Copper and Copper Alloys

Four high single stand reversing cold rolling mills for mill finishing process. Strip width up to 1200 mm. Rolling Mills can be designed as roughing/finishing or only finishing depending on the end use. Skin pass mills are also available.

Basic Features:
  • Control systems: Feedback and Feed-forward AGC, Mass flow and AFC (Automatic Flatness Control)
  • Positive and Negative Bending functions
  • Selective cooling on works rolls barrel
  • Max Speed up to 1500 m/min
  • Alloys: DHP Cu, ETP Cu, Brasses, Nordic Gold, Cupronickel, and all CuZnPb and CuZnNi alloys
  • Typical entry strip thickness: 2 to 4 mm
  • Typical exit strip thickness: 0,10 to 3 mm
  • Typical coil weight: 5 to 22 Ton


Roughing Cold Rolling Mills for Copper and Copper Alloys

Four high single stand cold rolling mills for roughing mill  process. Strip width up to 1200 mm. Rolling Mills are designed for mill roughing operation and equipped with big wheel winders.

Basic Features:
  • Control systems: Feedback and Feed-forward AGC and Mass flow
  • Positive and Negative Bending functions
  • Selective cooling on works rolls barrel
  • Max Speed up to 600 m/min
  • Alloys: DHP Cu, ETP Cu, Brasses, Nordic Gold, Cupronickel, and all CuZnPb and CuZnNi alloys
  • Typical entry strip thickness: 12 to 22 mm
  • Typical exit strip thickness: 2 to 6 mm
  • Typical coil weight: 5 to 22 Ton


Hot Rolling Mills for Copper and Copper Alloys

Two high and Four high single stand Hot Rolling mills for hot rolling operations. Strip width up to 1200 mm. INCO can supply also the necessary slab preheating oven.

Basic Features:
  • Control systems: HGC and AGC
  • Max Speed up to 250 m/min
  • Alloys: DHP Cu, ETP Cu, Brasses, Nordic Gold, Cupronickel, and all CuZnPb and CuZnNi alloys
  • Typical entry slab size: 22 Ton
  • Typical exit strip thickness: 12 to 24 mm
