INCO designs, manufactures and installs Tension Levelling Lines for stainless steel coils in order to eliminate any flatness defect coming from previous processes.Basic Function:
- To amplify the tension between entry and exit bridles to over the yield point so that the elongation is ensured.
- The strip is deflected on small diameter rolls and the alternating strip flexion brings to yield the material. The tension at cross section becomes perfectly uniform and thus a perfect material levelling is obtained.
